Life is funny!

Did you ever really listen to the news? or people’s conversations? For years, I have wondered–given the huge number of crazies running loose, exactly What are the criteria for being locked in an insane asylum?!

Last night, the local news reported on a meeting of neighbors who are concerned about over-crowding. The story began “neighbors crowded in to the meeting hall…..” Am I the only one who sees the humor in that?

Something else I have always wonderd. Why do nurses and doctor ask how you are feeling? Would you BE there if the answer was “fine”? Could we maybe just skip that little formality?

Yesterday, a doctor asked me if I thought I needed an MRI. What is that–a trick question? Isn’t that what I’m paying her to figure out?

Yes, life is certainly funny. Every day we are presented with new reasons to chuckle. Ya gotta love that!
